Summary
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of a project, ensuring that each stage is executed efficiently while maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will include project planning, resource scheduling, procurement of materials, financial management, and the project closeout process. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities
Initiate, plan, execute, and complete projects, considering procurement timelines, resource availability, site readiness, customer requirements, and other key milestones.
Adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Manage project budgets, monitor financial progress, and escalate concerns to the manager as needed.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain the communication plan, providing regular status updates and driving accountability.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with functional teams.
Initiate procurement of equipment as necessary.
Lead the change management process, addressing any scope changes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Required
3-5 years of experience managing technology and construction projects (AV experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
Working knowledge of audiovisual systems integration and commercial construction processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and role-specific applications.
Encouraged Certifications & Courses
CAPM, PMP, or RTPM certification preferred; CTS and CTS+
Travel Requirement
Some local and domestic travel required, including occasional overnight stays.

Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while upholding company values.
Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, sitting, and use of manual dexterity.
Engage in activities requiring reaching, grasping, and carrying light objects.
