Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of a project, ensuring that each stage is executed efficiently while maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will include project planning, resource scheduling, procurement of materials, financial management, and the project closeout process. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Initiate, plan, execute, and complete projects, considering procurement timelines, resource availability, site readiness, customer requirements, and other key milestones.
- Adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial progress, and escalate concerns to the manager as needed.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain the communication plan, providing regular status updates and driving accountability.
- Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with functional teams.
- Procurement & Change Management:
- Initiate procurement of equipment as necessary.
- Lead the change management process, addressing any scope changes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Accountability:
The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and may also be accountable to other leadership team members.
Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience managing technology and construction projects (AV experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of audiovisual systems integration and commercial construction processes.
- CAPM, PMP, or RTPM certification preferred; CTS and CTS+ certifications a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and role-specific applications
Travel:

- Some local and domestic travel required, including occasional overnight stays.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and represent DGI’s core values.
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manual dexterity.
- Occasional outdoor tasks with exposure to varying weather conditions.
